Felipe brings over 14 years of experience in the technology industry to his role at Inktel. He has a proven rack record of success in both large healthcare companies and dynamic startups. Throughout his career, he has led engineering and software development teams across the globe, most recently serving as CTO of a software development company specializing in contact center solutions. A recognized visionary in contact center technology, Felipe actively contributes to the industry through speaking engagements at trade shows and organizations like SOCAP.

Felipe has a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida International University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
