As Chief Operating Officer, Luis Gonzalez translates company strategies into effective daily operations. He oversees Inktel Contact Center Solutions’ domestic and international contact center operations, including the training and facilities divisions.
Luis is passionate about developing organizational leaders and implementing best practices to deliver exceptional customer service with speed and efficiency. His leadership ensures smooth and optimized operations across all of Inktel’s locations.
Professional Experience
Luis brings over 30 years of experience in the contact center industry to his role at Inktel. His expertise spans domestic and international operations, strategic planning, customer service management, and leadership development. A dedicated community leader, Luis has served on industry boards and volunteered for numerous charitable organizations. Prior to his career in the contact center industry, he served for 10 years as a firefighter and paramedic with one of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious fire departments.
Education
Education Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire and Emergency Services with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Florida.
