A recognized leader in both business and community engagement, Ricky is an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. His commitment to excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including being named a South Florida “Ultimate CEO” by the South Florida Business Journal and one of Poder Magazine’s “Most Influential People of 2010.” He is also a recipient of the “Arts Hero” award from the Arts and Business Council of Miami-Dade County and a “2011 Role Model” by Miami Today. Mr. Arriola’s influence extends to the national level through his service on President Obama’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. He actively participates in organizations such as the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Miami Art Museum, the American Teleservices Association, the Orange Bowl Committee, and Leadership Florida, further demonstrating his commitment to leadership and community development. He also dedicates his time to mentoring future leaders through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
