Responsibilities
Dan Arriola plays a crucial role in Inktel's success by overseeing the company's execution and financial
performance. With a focus on operational excellence, he leads the executive team responsible for
Operations, Client Services, and Information Technology. Dan fosters a culture of accountability and
continuous improvement by actively promoting and implementing best practices throughout the
organization. He is dedicated to ensuring that Inktel's values and commitment to exceptional customer
experiences are deeply ingrained in every facet of the company.
Professional Experience
Before joining Inktel, Dan Arriola served as CEO of iD Commerce + Logistics, a leading third-party
logistics firm specializing in product fulfillment. In this role, he spearheaded business development,
operations, and overall strategy. iD Commerce + Logistics was successfully acquired by Symbia Logistics
in 2019, a testament to Dan's leadership and the company's strong performance under his direction.
Education
Dan is a graduate of Xavier University and a past recipient of a Johnson & Johnson scholarship to attend
Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management’s NMSDC Advanced Management Education
Program. He is also a 2010 graduate of the “Owner/President Management” Program at Harvard Business
School.
